Return Policy

DE-OCEAN INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

  • The company guarantees the purchase (return of products) products that have been sold to members within a period of one (1) months which is equivalent to 30 days after the purchase date and company will repay with a price of 90% of the purchase price. A charge of 10% will be charged for operating costs and management costs.
  • Refund (product return) will not be done by the company in the event of damage to the product due to negligence / negligence of members and customers.
  • Refund will be done after the distributor completes the claim form along with the returned product in good and perfect condition if it has not expired on the product label and is still in good condition in terms of product content and packaging.
